ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Amaris (Blondie)
Ever since I can remember, I have been baking things for other people. After I graduated culinary school, I began doing it even more. Even while working other jobs, I always enjoyed making pastries and desserts for others on my own time. So, I decided to start my own business so I could eventually start baking from home full time.
When I got my home kitchen certified in March of 2019, I started selling my pastries to a local coffee shop, Converge Coffee Bar, In Burlington two weeks later. I now also sell to Mission House Cafe inside Integrity Church, and Things Above in Downtown Graham.
While I do sell wholesale for businesses, I also sell to individuals for special events, weddings, parties, or if you just have a craving for some specific dessert. Although all my baked goods are baked in my certified home kitchen, the quality and look of all my pastries are comparable to any that come out of an industrial kitchen. And I hope you will agree! I take care that all of my equipment and surfaces are kept clean and sanitized, and that everything I make is baked with care.
